In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
How to File an Infringement Claim
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing a written DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our email address.
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific short link (URL) that you claim is infringing and needs to be disabled.
- Your contact details: physical address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Our Action
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will immediately disable the infringing short link. We will also notify the publisher who created the link. Repeat offenders will have their accounts disabled permanently.
